Pricing questions
How is the monthly total calculated?
The rate for your quantity range × the number of apartments + $2.5 × the number of AI rate units + $5 × the number of monitored locations. The selected rate applies to every apartment in the organization. For example, 10 apartments, 2 AI rates and 1 monitored location cost $60 per month.
Do I have to enable AI and location monitoring?
No. These features are optional and billed separately. Without them, you only pay for your properties at the rate for your quantity range.
Which features are free?
All other Plubox features listed above are available at no additional charge with your per-property plan.
